It would be very difficult to find out. You'd have to find a list of countries with professional leagues. You'd then have to find the lowest professional league and the worst team in it that has lost the most games and conceeded the most goals. Even when you've done that though, it may not be the worst team in that footballing zone. It depends on the quality of the opposition. There could be a professional team in another country within the same footballing zone that has stats that don't look as bad but could be a lot worse due to the quality of football in that other country being much lower.
