the board has 8 members, 4 fifa members and four members from the United Kingdom. One each from one of the home countries!
So even if the Americans wanted to bring in 'video technology they couldn't even if the had every single seat for the fifa contingent!
Scotland, England , Wales and Northern Ireland control football regulations as it takes 6 votes form the eight to change a rule.
Now isn't that a relief that the Americans won't spoil football!Did you know that IFAB control football not FIFA?
