Why not BCCI must create an international cricket association to break monopoly of ICC?

It will solve unidirectional flow of Cricket and there will be more oppertunity to prove the team at multi stage like game of football, Hocky and Tenis. Why not BCCI must create an international cricket association to break monopoly of ICC?
Yes India can and it must. Its not jesting. This is a country which holds quarter of the world population and more than half the cricket fans.

The revenue earned can go to BCCI alone. If Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh join in all the better. For your information ICL is making good money and if the Indian starts join the revenues will go off charts. Best of all the money stays in the country. Why not BCCI must create an international cricket association to break monopoly of ICC?
You're talking of a permanent rift in the International game called Cricket. I'm sorry not that keenWhy not BCCI must create an international cricket association to break monopoly of ICC?
Am I missing something? How could an indian association break the monopoly of the ICC?

Would the other members of the ICC allow the indians to monopolise the game?

Surely you jest?
