when there seem to me that every supporter who's of an opinion that they're right and won't accept anyothers views.so i say shouldn't the football association just employ fans and lets see if they are capable of doing a better job.?Why have referee's in football?

fans would be too bias towards their team (obviously)
referees are supposed to be professionals who are trained and payed for doing a job, which is why they get so much abuse when they make really bad decisions (england goal v germany in the world cup)
if any regular person in a 9-5 job made a mistake as big as that then they would probably lose their job!
plus, most referees now think the game is about them rather than the teams actually playingWhy have referee's in football?

it would be a bias game may aswell just use match fixing
refs ae meant to be there to be unbias so having fans with opinions wouldnt be a solution
It would be fun to watch a United fan referee a United vs. City game but apparently they already do.Why have referee's in football?

As an A-grade referee, I say "keep the ref !!"

most referee's are cheats they get paid before matches by the better team
