I have tried looking up info online, I've heard its not an easy job , you should take some math/business classes and maybe get an associates degree, but i haven't been able to find any info about getting started, schooling etc. I even found Athletic Equipment Managers Association website but i didn't get a lot of info there. Id like to be an equipment manager for a high school to start with.|||I don't think you need a degree to be the water boy...
The team gets sports medicine (Trainers) to intern by being the equipment manager anyway
